Villa Nueva is a brand new villa built in 2016 and located just 2km from the resort of Sanary sur Mer, a popular seaside destination with its six beaches stretching over 400m of white sand. The nearest beach is a pebble beach (300m) and the closest sandy beach is 2km. Sanary is busy in the summer but the villa is in a peaceful part of the town.
The pretty harbour is 20 minutes by foot or 3 minutes by car and is host to many great restaurants. There are lots of water related activities to do in the area such as water skiing, scuba diving, paddle boating, beachcombing as well as walking and horse riding. There are also some wonderful scenic drives and so much more!
Down the road, within 15 minutes’ drive, is the popular seaside of Bandol with more sandy beaches, cliffs, inlets and creeks of course the famous Bandol wine. The villa is well located only an hour from Marseille airport, under two hours from Nice airport. You can also catch the train in Ollioules-Sanary train station just 10 minutes away and discover the French Riviera coastline. This is a recommended day out!
ACCOMMODATION
Spacious living/dining room (75m²) with air conditioning, TV (some English channels) and home cinema system, DVD player, games, large corner sofa, fireplace (gas). Dining area. Sliding doors leading to terrace and pool.
Modern kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
Utility room off the kitchen with washer/dryer, iron, ironing board.
Ground floor
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed (160cm), TV, ensuite shower room.
First floor
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (160cm), TV and access to terrace.
Bedroom 3; Twin beds (can be pushed together to form a Queen size bed 160cm), TV, keyboard and access to terrace.
One has en-suite shower room, one an en-suite bathroom.
All three bathrooms are ensuite.
Ground floor: One ensuite shower room with shower and separate wc.
First floor: Ensuite bathroom with bath, separate shower and wc. Ensuite shower room with wc.
Separate studio in grounds sleeping up to two available at 665€ per person per week.
650m² of enclosed grounds. Terrace off the living area with garden furniture, cover and pool view. Six sunloungers, beach parasol and gas barbecue.
A few steps down to the pool area from terrace. Pool size: 8 x 4m, depth 1.45m throughout. Security system: cover and alarm. Roman steps entrance.
Pets allowed but must be requested.
No smoking in the villa.
The villa is located in a peaceful residential area of Sanary and slightly overlooked by next door houses.
Check-in on Saturday between 5-8pm. Late arrivals can be arranged but must be requested at least a month in advance. Checkout before 10am.
INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
Bed linen, house towels and pool towels. For two week stays or more, bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
Wi-Fi.
Water and electricity (including pool heating).
Cot and highchair available. Please ask at the time of booking.
Extra child bed available on request.
End of stay cleaning included but the property must be left clean (kitchen, dishes done and put away, bins emptied and all linen put together in the utility room). Failing that a charge may apply.
600€ off two-week bookings, 1300€ off three-week bookings.
PAYABLE LOCALLY
Security deposit of 500€ payable on arrival and refunded on departure once an inventory has been made.
