SPECIAL OFFER:

Wonderful 5 bedroom villa with private heated and fence pool, enclosed garden set on the outskirts of the village of Vence. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Living and dining areas: Tastefully decorated and very light interior. Underfloor heating. Entrance hall with staircase leading to all bedrooms and bathrooms. Living/dining room with sofa, armchairs, TV with some English channels like BBC World, DVD, woodburner. Dining area off the kitchen with 10 chairs. French doors open onto a covered south-facing terrace.
Kitchen: Open plan and separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar electric oven, 5 induction plates, dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. Utility room: washing machine, drier, iron, ironing board and hoover.
Bedrooms: Air conditioning and underfloor heating in all bedrooms.
Ground floor: Master bedroom (15m²) with Queen size bed (160cm) and TV. Dressing room. Ensuite Italian shower room (7m²).
First floor: 3 double bedrooms (2 x 12m² and 1 smaller bedroom: 9m²). All 3 bedrooms have garden views. 1 twin bedroom. 1 hair dryer.
Bathroom description:
Ground floor: Separate wc. Master bedroom’s ensuite shower room with shower and wc.
First floor: Separate bathroom with bath and shower. Separate wc.
Exterior: Large enclosed grounds (1500m²). Semi-covered terrace with pergola. Table and 10 chairs, gas barbecue. 2 outdoor sofas and 6 armchairs. Private garden with great lawn, ideal for children to play. Small fountain. Table tennis table.
Pool details: 9m x 4m. Depth: 0.9m x 1.55m. Heated and fenced salt water pool (heated between May and September). Wrought iron fence. Roman steps. 10 sunloungers, parasol.
Services included in the rental price:
Bed linen and towels (including pool and bath towels). For two week stays or more a change of bed linen and towels is provided.
Wifi.
Cleaning included but the property must be left clean (kitchen, dishes done and put away, bins emptied and all linen put together in the utility room). Failing that a charge may apply.
Check-in on Saturday between 4-8pm. Late arrivals can be arranged but must be requested at least a month in advance Checkout before 10am. Parking for 6 cars: 2 parking spaces under a covered pergola.
2 cots and 2 highchairs on request.
Slightly overlooked around the pool area by a neighbouring house but there are trees to keep privacy.
Payable locally:
Security deposit: 400€ cash, refunded on departure.
Additional cleaning and babysitting available on request and at a supplement.
Pets welcome (on request with charge of 100€ payable on arrival).
