Description
The characteristic villa is located on a closed area of nearly 2000 m2. With 4 bedrooms for 8 people, 3 bathrooms and private pool. From the terraces you can enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of St. Tropez. Also from the pool you have a beautiful sea view. This villa has been rented by us over 6 years, and can safely be called as one of our five best value for money villas that offer all the luxury and comfort you need for a wonderful holiday.
Interior
The entrance to the villa is on the first floor. A staircase leads down to the level of the living room and terraces facing the sea. The interior is luxurious and very comfortable. The entrance is on the upper floor, where there is also a bedroom (double bed) with private bathroom located. A staircase leads you downstairs into the living room of 40 m2 with fireplace (Satellite TV and stereo present). Following is a new luxury kitchen with appliances. On this floor there are two bedrooms with each two single beds. There is a bathroom with bath. Downstairs in the basement is a newly built studio with bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower. There is a washer, dryer and extra fridge on this floor.
Exterior
Through the automatic gate you arrive at the villa with spacious parking. For the house is the pool of 35 m2. There is a large covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. There are three different dining tables and chairs.

“Meivakantie”
Top huis. Alleen jammer dat er te weinig warm water in de boiler is om s’avonds na een strandbezoek ook nog warm te kunnen douchen.

Prachtig zicht, veel privacy, mooie living en handige keuken. Prachtig terras,veel buitenruimte met heel leuke BBQ hoek. Maar geen airco, slechte matrassen op de meeste bedden en niet zo heel fris bed… More
