“The villa is particularly well adapted so that each family had its own privacy. The equipment is complete and functional, the pool is completely secure (which is not the case in many other villas), and heated at 30°. In a nutshell the villa is everything you need to enjoy a pleasant, relaxing and practical holiday as the villa is close to shops and the beach (you can do everything by foot even with pushchairs!). This is a real gem! Located in Cagnes sur Mer, between Nice and Cannes, this villa is set over three floors and has been fully renovated. It boasts a bright and spacious interior with all mod-cons. The property is located in a Residential area and very handy for walking to the shops: bakery and grocery at 600m. The seafront restaurants, pebbly beach and promenade are just 800m away. Sandy beaches are a short drive away in Juan les Pins or Antibes (la Garoupe).
Cagnes sur Mer offers all the amenities of a lively seaside town and a wide variety of water sports. Bikes can be hired to ride along the seafront into the centre of Nice for example, or why not try rollerblading instead!

Fully equipped modern kitchen with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. TV. Door to garden.
All bedrooms have a large LCD screen and DVD player as well as en-suite bathroom. Master king size bedroom can be turned into a twin bedroom on ground floor. First floor: Small landing with study area and king size bedroom with private sun terrace (a real sun trap!). Further king size bedroom with mezzanine with sofa and TV. Lower ground floor bedroom suite with small sitting area, king size bedroom (can be accessed either from within the villa or via an independent front door). Door to private terrace with sun loungers and access to the pool.
Outdoor dining terrace with awning and gas barbecue. Private and fenced heated pool (up to 30°c depending on weather conditions). Alarm. Water jet feature by the steps (Jacuzzi style). Roman steps entrance. Sun loungers. Garage for 1 vehicle, additional parking for 2 cars.
Security deposit of 1000€ payable on arrival and refunded on departure once an inventory has been made.
