La Bastidonne is a beautifully presented and renovated old stone villa providing comfortable and quality accommodation with air conditioning, for up to 8 adults and 2 children.
It is set in a pine forest with fantastic lawned and wooded gardens as well as large private pool, football pitch and children's mountain bike trail.
Despite its rural location, the villa is only 6 km from the village of Pertuis, which is really convenient for shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. 25 km north of Aix-en-Provence.
Please note: sleeping arrangements are flexible according to your personal preferences; this property ONLY sleeps 10 people with a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children/teenagers.

Entrance : with veranda (armchairs and cupboards)
Living room : opening onto covered terrace, 3 seater settee, armchairs, widescreen satellite TV (with some foreign channels), DVD player, piano.
Kitchen/Dining room : 50m², Provencal style, dishwasher, ice cube maker, fridge, microwave, Lacanche cooking stove (5 gas burners and gas oven), central worktop with numerous storage areas, wrought iron table, chairs, armchairs.
Utility room : washing machine, dryer.
2 Bedrooms, 3 Bedroom suites, 3 Bathrooms, 2 wc's:
Bedroom 1 : enclosed mezzanine above the living room, 12m², accessed via steep ladder type staircase, queen size bed (2x 80cm).
Bedroom 2 : ground floor, suited for children, 15m², bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed. No air conditioning.
Bedroom Suite 1 : ground floor, 16m², opening onto terrace, overlooking pool, 2 comfortable single beds (can be pushed together on request to form a queen size bed), wardrobe, mini fridge, LCD TV and DVD.
Ensuite bathroom : bath, washbasin, marble and stone tiles.
Bedroom Suite 2 : ground floor, 20m², 2 single beds, can be put together on request to form a king size bed (180cm). Opening directly onto an indoor patio with fountain. Widescreen LCD TV (canal+ canal satellite with International channels), DVD, mini fridge.
Ensuite shower room : shower, double washbasin, Salernes tiles. Separate wc.
Bedroom Suite 3 : ground floor, 15m², queen size bed (160cm). Opening directly onto a terrace. Wardrobe, occasional furniture.
