Description
A short walk from the beautiful village of Bonnieux, this property is in a lovely spot with panoramic views to the Luberon countryside and to the village.
It's a charming property which has been very tastefully renovated with style and a very good quality throughout. The villa is set over 100m² and there are 4 bedrooms.
3 double rooms (all en-suite) and a room with 2 single beds (ideal for children) on the first floor. There are 3, en-suite shower rooms to the double rooms and 2 of these also have toilets. There's also a separate toilet.
Please note; one of the bedrooms is accessed by passing through another of the bedrooms, and the en-suite shower rooms/toilets are modern style - without traditional doors.
The villa is set in a lovely garden with a heated swimming pool and plenty of outside terraces for summer dining, with a BBQ and lovely views.
The village of Bonnieux has a good selection of restaurants and shops as well as a weekly market, tennis courts and bike hire. It's only a few minutes walk away.

The living room is spacious, light, open plan and comfortable. It has 2 sofas, a TV and is well decorated. Several sets of French doors lead to a lovely terrace, an ideal place to enjoy meals with friends or family.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with pretty much everything you would need eg dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, coffee machine etc The utility room houses the washing machine for you to use as well as some storage area here for cleaning materials.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and 2 single beds. 3 shower rooms and 3 toilets (one independent)

Outside there is about 1250 m² of land with the house. The garden is enclosed with natural looking, low stone walls.
There is also private parking available for your car.
The swimming pool measures 8 x 4 metres and is a depth of between 0.90m to 1.70m. It is protected by a pool alarm. As an optional extra, the pool can also be heated for an additional 150 euros per week. The pool is generally open each year from May to mid October.

During the summer months this popular house is fully booked, Saturday to Saturday so sometimes it's tricky to get the pool man, gardeners, cleaners and repairs all done during the few hours it is vacant on a Saturday. That said, this is our problem and not yours and we will use your feedback to improve the experience for our future guests.

The house keeper was unwell and a last minute replacement cleaner was used which caused an hour's delay - our sincere apologies .
