Very exiting villa of 200 m2 situated on a large ground of 1600 m2 with own pool and large terrasse of 140 m2. The villa is designed by a famous local architect. Nice terrace with a beautiful view over the area. Garden with automatic watering system.
The villa consists of: Ground floor: Living room of 48 m2 with well-equipped American kitchen, seperate toilet, master bedroom with double bed and shower room, bedroom with 2 single beds.
1st floor: bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bedroom with 1 single bed, bathroom with tub, shower room, and separate toilet.
Max. 9 adults and one child under 4 years.
Cleaning during the week is included in the rental amount.
