Description
The house itself, set in its own terraced olive grove of 4.400 m2, is built in the style of a stone Provencal house. Every room in the property enjoys the magnificent views.
The main house is built on two levels and can be entered from each level. At one level there are two very large double bedrooms, each with a seating area overlooking the views. They share a bath/shower room. One level down, there is a kitchen/dining room/lounge with conservatory-style fully opening sliding French windows; a formal drawing room with original working fireplace, and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with separate shower. All these rooms open out on to a wisteria-clad terrace.
In addition to the main house there are two separate private “bedroom/apartments” both less than 10 metres from the house: one at garden level below the main terrace and the other just above the house on its own private terrace. Both these apts. have double or twin beds, ensuite shower rooms, and a small fully fitted kitchen. All beds can be set up as double beds or twin beds.
Furnishings, fixtures and fittings throughout the entire accommodation are all of the highest quality and have all been carefully chosen to ensure that every aspect of 21st century living is catered for, whilst retaining the character of Provence. Wireless broadband internet router.
Outside, the 10 x 5 m heated pool occupies its own terrace just 2 metres below the main house. There is a summer kitchen at this level with BBQ, table to seat at least 12; a small pool house with toilet, a pool shower, and loungers for 10 people. Elsewhere in the garden there are several seating areas with tables both in the sun and/or shade to satisfy every mood.
There are short flights of stone steps linking the main part of the property to the pool and annexes thus care must be taken with small children.
