Description
The villa is situated in a residential area, very calm and private, but at the same time close to the center of Mougins and only 15 min. from La Croisette in Cannes. Many interesting sites in the area and several golf courts within few kilometers.
The villa is nicely furnished with all facilities. Nice garden with several terraces where you can find a nice sunny spot - all year round.
The villa contains: fully equipped kitchen with wine cabinet, living room with a fire place, dining room and a toilet. In the garden level there is a separate studio with own entrance, TV, 2 single beds and a bathroom with tub and WC. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with air conditioning and exit to a balcony. One bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with tub and WC + separate WC. Ping pong table and table football.
