There you will find post office, pharmacies, doctors, hairdressers and bar and you can buy your fresh bread at the local bakery. 8 km from Cannes with the Croisette, shopping and fine beaches. The neighboring villages Mogins, Mouans Sartaux and Grasse offer many good restaurants, bars and cultural activitees.
The house is situated on a fenced plot with pool and pool shower. The pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers. Large patio for entertaining and delicious evening meals.
Villa in 2 levels, built in Provencal style with an open and light floor plan. Ground floor: kitchen from 2010, large living / dining room with access to several terraces, double bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet.
First floor: two double bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Sun terrace / roof terrace with stunning views over the Provençal countryside and the Mediterranean. Here you can enjoy the evening sun and the tropical nights.
