Situated in a green area. The house is located in Les Issambres. On the covered terrace it is possible to enjoy the view over the Mediterranean. On the closed ground you can find shadow and sun all day long. There are only 300 meters to the sea and 4 km to the center of Les Issambres, where you will find shops, a cozy harbor, where in the summer months sailing a small ferry to St. Tropez, and where there is a weekly market day.
The house is a typical Provencal house in 2 levels. The house itself was built in 1996 and modernized in 2003 and 2010.
On the ground floor you find 3 bedrooms, two with beds 160 x 195 and one with a bed 140 x 195. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
On the first floor there is the kitchen, dining/living room. From the living room there is access to a lovely and large covered terrace with dining table and a magnificent view over the Mediterranean. 2 bedroom with a bed 140 x 195 and bathroom with shower and tub. Separate toilet
The house is decorated in a simple, modern style, and everywhere there are tiles on the floors. The house is situated above the Route national 98, so you might expect some traffic noise.
