Ideal for nature lovers looking for peace and quiet you find this villa in the heart of the Esterel mountains. The beautiful landscape invites to numerous activities such as hiking, water sports, fishing and plenty of golf courses. Within short distances you will find sandy beaches, restaurants and shops in Théoule-sur-Mer and Cannes-Mandelieu. In Les Adrets, the nearest village, there are shops, a weekly market as well as restaurants and bars.
Modernized provencal villa from 1990 located in the heights in the protected residential area of Parc Résidentiel de l'Esterel with beautiful views of the Esterel mountains. The house, which is built into the hillside, has a 10,000 m2 enclosed garden with a large pool area with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Calm and private. The villa is decorated with travertine floors, Nordic furniture and custom designed Italian lighting inside and out. Large windows towards the Southwest give the optimal natural light.
The house is spread over 3 floors and consists on the pool level of living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed (200cm), a bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90cm), 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The first floor has 1 bedroom with double bed (180cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (150cm) and 1 sofa bed (150cm), 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. Below the living room there is 1 bedroom with double bed (180cm) and a bathroom. All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and access to their private terrace.
