“Amazing Villa, Great Location”

We were a party of 2 families, 8 people in total (4 adults, 4 children, 2 x 15 year old, 2 x 11 year old) When we arrived at the villa we were pleasantly surprised, the size of the villa, and in particular the pool, and gardens were very impressive(The photos don't do it justice). Each of the rooms in the villa were well proportioned, and catered for our every need. We spent a lot of time in, and around the lovely pool, and sat out in the evenings enjoying the views, and the local wine! The kids had everything they needed, pool, tv, music, wifi etc. They absolutely loved everything about the villa. Out, and about there was a good choice of restaurants, the beaches are very good, and the watersports are good fun too. The location of the villa meant it was very easy to get to some of the nearby sites, e.g. we went to St Tropez, Port Grimaud, Monaco, Cannes, and Frejus. Obviously you need a car to do this, and apart from Monaco there are all within an hour drive. The rest of the time we spent either by the pool at the villa, or visiting the local resorts of Les Issambres, or St Maxime. Alain, and Stephane were on hand, and local to the villa to ensure our stay was comfortbale, and made sure we had provisions on the first night\morning, which was a nice touch. Overall we all enjoyed our stay immensely, and would love to go back .....soon!!

“Summer Villa Near the Beach”

We had a lovely week at this well maintained spotlessly clean new villa. The owner has a local property manager who is fluent in English that lives around the corner in case of any problems. With such a nice pool and landscaping we spent most of our days outside and there is a nice mix of sun and shade locations. The artificial grass surrounding is very practical so that the pool stays much cleaner. The kitchen is well equipped and we generally went to the local markets in Les Issambres, St Maxime and Frejus because the quality and range of fresh food was fantastic. The local beach is a 5 minute jog away and was patrolled and very clean. There was ample local restaurants that we did not try but will be look to do that on our return next year. We were very impressed with the villa and recommend it highly.

Gorgeous Villa, would absolutely stay again! everything you need in a lovely location. We travelled with small children so I would say you need a car purely for the children but couldn't fault the villa or location! thanks Tony!!!

“relaxing villa in south of France”

We have been to this area for 20 years or so. South of France always have great weather and this time we rented this villa for just two fo us. Its hard to find a decent villa in a smaller scale. Any way, we have this 4 bedroomed villa with all the modern equipment. We loved this villa. pool wasa good size and clean. Air conditioning is very important to guarantee a good night sleep. We spent most of our time in villa, relaxing as we can get local produce in market on Monday and hypermarket not far away. We also took our beloved Bichons and she loved it as well. This is the third year she came with us down to SOF and she managed to swim in the sea as well !! Great place to relax; quiet and easily accessible ++.

This is a very spacious villa in a great location. The rooms are large and plentiful with all the facilites I have at home. The landscaped outside areas were fabulous with the swimming pool right in front of our room so we spent most of our time by the pool.. Everyday I was able to walk to the local village and take in the lively harbour area, the center town and many shopping areas. Eating out is also easy with a good choice and extremely friendly locals. A great night was had at the local bar with live music provided. The use of the wireless internet is extremely handy and the owner was very helpful and pleasant which made our holiday that bit brighter. St Tropez is a short trip by ferry and worth the visit but that is not the only attraction as there is a plethora of interesting places to see. To sum up I would recommend this villa to all parties large or small..

Stayed at the villa and had a wonderful time. Weather was great so we were able to get down to the beach which is a 15 minute walk or 3 minutes in the car. The pool was really nice and the landscaping really good. There were some plots not developed on the development, but really had no impact on this Villa which enjoys views across the small valley. The quality of the Villa is really good and with Satellite TV for the kids and having Alain accross the road so we could ask questions about anything was really helpful...All in all agreat holiday and would thoroughly reccomend

We have introduced an option for mid-stay cleaning for those that would like it and changed our Villa Management team. It is true that there are some Villas lower in the development that have not yet been completed (our is in the upper half which is complete) and since your visit this lower area has been tidied up by the Development Company so that it does not detract from the view in any way. I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay and hope you will visit again. Thank you again for your feedback

How do damage deposits work?
