Description
This is a lovely Provencal villa nestled in the hills overlooking the picturesque valley of Plan de la Tour close to Ste-Maxime and St Tropez. From the elevated terrace beautiful vistas of the surrounding hills and the vineyards in the valley below abound. This rustic Provencal villa offers a tranquil setting for those wishing to relax but still be within easy reach of all the excitement the Gulf of St Tropez has to offer. This private villa is close to the beach 6km and is in a perfect location for visiting the area.
A large well-appointed open plan lounge/dining room which is stylishly decorated. Each room is furnished to a high standard and decorated in a Provencal style providing luxurious accommodation. The rooms open out onto a large terrace which runs the length of the house.There is a well situated heated swimming pool (12 x 6m).
The Mas has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Ground floor: There are two bedrooms downstairs both en-suite which open onto the terrace. Bedroom 1 has twin beds and Bedroom 2 has a king bed.
Upstairs: There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and Bedroom 4 is a smaller bedroom with a trundle bed (two singles). Both bedrooms share 1 bathroom. The access for bedroom 4 is through bedroom 3.
Situated 10 minutes from the beach & 18 kms from St Tropez, our summer holiday villa is perfect for those wanting a family holiday or romantic breakPlan de la Tour village is an unspoiled typical provencal village, full of charm with its old lanes and ancient bell tower. It has fabulous restaurants, a bar, grocery stores, tourist office, pharmacy and its own market on a Thursday morning. The more bustling coastal town of St Maxime is only a 10 mins drive and boasts everything you could possibly look for, from designer shops to 6 kms of golden beaches! St Tropez, is a short drive away and features fabulous port, shopping, restaurants, beaches and of course celebrity spotting. There is also a regular ferry service from St Maxime to St Tropez, Cannes and Nice. There are many local activities also including golf, horse riding, sailing, tennis, cycling, hiking, skiing. The Golfe de St Tropez is the place to be this summer!

Thank you so much for hosting a fabulous holiday. We had the most wonderful time at Villa La Casaou, if possible we would be back tomorrow. Safe secure private surroundings for our all of our family and pet dog. Beautifully laid out gardens, plenty of sun and shade areas with fantastic views. Great walks up the mountain for any dog lovers, our pet dog was able to run free which was brilliant. Hard work for the humans…….but great exercise Amenities fairly close, Plan De La Tour has everything you need without venturing to far (markets, restaurants, shopping). St Maxime 10 min drive away and St Tropez 15 min ferry ride form St Maxime, so beautiful……….. We visited Grimaud , St Tropez, Cannes and St Maxime during our stay, all easy to get to and so great to see. Lots of room within the house with everything you need for daily life, country style with all the mod cons you need. If we had any queries or issues we had on hand access to a Service Manger (who was brilliant by the way) We are hoping to come back as soon as we can Thank you for letting us share your home Stokes & Maxwell Family xxx

“Stunning villa .”
We stayed at the villa with 6 adults and two children. It is a superb spot with absolutely stunning views. The villa is lovely....very welcoming and suitable for extended family or friends with plenty of room to spread around. The communication prior and during our stay with Lisa the owner was first class and this certainly enhances the whole experience . We also were really impressed with the manager of the property who responded really quickly to an issue we had. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough.
