Perched on the heights of Saint Saturnin Les Apt, a 10th century village, “Les Moulins” sits back overlooking the most precious asset of the villa: the panoramic view! In just a three-minute walk you can descend into the village and there you will find stores to fulfil all your basic needs. A spacious two-story villa that can hold up to 10 people. It is equipped with all of the following:
On the ground floor: A vast living room of 60m2 with a kitchen of 20m2 fully equipped with all your modern conveniences such as a "Lacanche" gaz stove, a microwave, a small electric oven and lots of cooking appliances and cutlery. allongside the kitchen is a glass room with open fires for the barbecue.
Two large air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 king size bed. Direct access to bathrooms that include walk-in showers, 2 person baths and a sink. Separate toilets in each bedroom area.
On the second floor: Two air-conditioned bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds. Direct access to 2 bathrooms (walk-in shower and a sink) and 1 toilet. 3 children beds are also available.
Heated swimming pool (natural heating with solar panels) with a maximum depth of 2 meters. Also great for children as there is a shallow swimming area. A motorized cover and lights that make it ideal for a late night swim. Pool house next to the swimming pool, which has its own bathroom, shower, sink and refrigerator; ideal for a day of lounging by the pool.
Since the pool is heated by solar panels, the period of use will begin from 15/05 until 30/09.

Response from the owner Dear Sir, We are quite surprised to read that the kitchen had inappropriate and broken items. It is difficult to address these issues when they were not brought to our attention. Looking at our history of reviews, the completeness of the kitchen, the appliances and the cutlery are what typically get complimented. Regarding the guarantee, it is true that it lasted longer than usual because the manager was in the process of installing a new email software that created some lapses in email communication. Our intention has always been to be as transparent and as correct as possible. For the record, as soon as we were notified of the problem, we quickly responded to rectify the situation and the guarantee was reimbursed within 20 days. As we read your review, it?s unfortunate that this administrative matter took over the quality of the location and the villa.

Response from the owner Villa � Les Moulins � is a holiday home. We do not live there permanently nor do we stay there for more than a week or two at a time. It is therefore impossible for us to predict construction work near our location or in the village. There were no indications that heavy construction was about to start, especially considering that noisy work is strictly forbidden during the months of July and August in Provence. As a matter of fact, when we received the information, we immediately contacted the contractor who told us that he had instruction from the Architect to keep on working. We then contacted the Police district of Apt who told us that it was not in their authority to intervene in a private affair. Disappointed by the response, we contacted a lawyer in Apt who told us to obtain a written complaint from the family who rented the villa. A legal procedure against the owner of the land and the construction would have lasted 4 to 5 years. Nevertheless, the family received a generous compensation of 30% off. Regarding the air conditioning apparel, we called for an immediate intervention but the technician was not able to make it until the end of the rental. Since then the air conditioning inside the forth room is now fully functional. We wish you could have enjoyed Villa Les Moulins as many other families have for the last 8 years. We have been renting our home for a long time and unfortunately it is the first time we experienced such a situation. There was nothing we were able to do to stop the inconvenience even after making contact with the contractor.
