Description
Villa situated in very calm and private surroundings on a large ground of 2 ha. Terrace facing south. To the north a closed ground with terrace, ping pong table, parking and large trees that brings good shadow. Facing east a large closed pool area with pool and pool-house of 25 m2. The pool-house contains a toilet and a summer kitchen with fridge and dishwasher. The stream “La Naturby” runs along the ground, but is not accessible because of the big trees.
The villa is separated into 2 apartments:
Large apartment on the ground-floor: large living room with American kitchen, Dining room (35 m2) facing south. Bed-settee for 2 persons in the dining room. 2 bedrooms with double beds. 1 bedroom with double bed + possibility for an extra bed. Bathroom with tub. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.
Small apartment on the 1st floor: access by outdoor staircase. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, and 2 single beds, bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate toilet.
Air conditioning in the 5 bedrooms and in the living room.
Max. 6 children under the age of 10.
