Between Grasse and Villeneuve-Loubet. 5 minutes drive from Golf d´Opio-Valbonne and 10 minutes drive from Golf du mougins. Roquefort-les-Pins is located in calm and beautiful surroundings in the hills behind Cannes. The villa is situated few kilometres from the village Roquefort-les-Pins with restaurants and shops.
Beautifully situated Provencal modern villa. All 4 bedrooms with bathroom with shower/tub and toilet. Own pool. A terrace placed on a partly shady ground with many olive- and oak trees. Access to a large covered veranda from the living room and kitchen. Large outdoor terrace at the pool.
The lower floor contains a large living room furnished with sofas and dining table. In the living room 2 big windows/doors withaccess to the veranda and pool. 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms with window and door to the garden. 2 of the bedrooms are with single beds and 1 with a double bed. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with 2 single beds and direct access to a private veranda.
