The lovely villa is situated in La Moutonne approx. 6 kilometres from Hyères and 10 min from the good sand beaches in the area. 1.5 km from the village La Moutonne (restaurants, bakery, supermarket) From the villa there is a panoramic view to the Mediterranean. It is a very nice area ideal for both relaxation by the pool or on the beach and excursions to the many exiting places ex. the small islands outside the coast of Hyères. Shops and restaurants are close to the villa. Amusement parc nearby (Hyeres ouest).
The villa of 200 m2 has a beautiful view and no vis-à-vis. There is a very nice garden on the big property (2000 m2) and the pool (4.5 x 10 m) is situated on a closed ground with pool house (with fridge). To the villa there is a large terrace (150 m2) fully equipped so that you can enjoy your meals in these nice surroundings.
Ground floor: Big living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen with all facilities, room 1 with double bed, room 2 with bunk bed, bath room with tub and two toilettes.
First floor contains bedroom 1 with double bed, own bath room with tub and exit to covered terrace. Bed room 2 with double bed, bed room 3 with double bed, bed room 4 with single bed (120 cm), bed room 5 with single bed (120 cm). Bath room with tub, bathroom with shower, 2 toilettes .
