Description
A beautiful house in two levels situated on a hill side. From the dining room and the covered balcony there is a beautiful ocean view. From the pool area there is equally a beautiful panoramic view towards the Estérel Mountains. The house is totally isolated from neighbours and it is situated in calm surroundings.
The house is nicely and lightly furnished and the advantageous division of the rooms makes it possible for large families/several families to live together still having a private life.
The upper level, in street level, consists of an open kitchen, dining room and living room. The dining and living room is decorated with dark oak tree and furnished with chesterfield furniture. In the living room you will find a plasma television with satellite and DVD. 2 bedrooms with double beds, separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub/shower. A mezzanine with 2 single beds (put together as a double bed), sofa, 2 chairs and TV with X-box – a really nice place for the children.
Hall and stairs leading down to the first level with 2 rooms with double beds - one with private bathroom with shower and toilet. Bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet. One of the rooms has direct access to the pool area and the other has access to the terrace. Furnished living room with table tennis.
Large and nice pool area with plenty of sun all day. Large covered outdoor kitchen with barbeque, pizza oven, fridge and wine cupboard.
