"Les Jasmin" is a stylish villa with a large private swimming pool. Overall the property is well maintained and of high standard.
New pool in 2015, new terrace in 2016
On the ground floor there is a new super nice and pretty Poggenpohl kitchen (with Miele appliances) with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen, together with the lovely terrace and pool area is the mutual meeting point. Both the terrace and pool area are facing south, meaning that the sun, the view and the large, new pool can be enjoyed from dawn to dusk.
Further on the ground floor: dining room with Hay and Kircodan furniture, fireplace, both rooms have direct access to terrace and the pool area. Furthermore, a bedroom with a Hästens double bed (180x200), bathroom and separate toilet. In the bedroom there is also a baby cot. Finally, on the ground floor, a utility room with newer laundry facilities and garage.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: bedroom one has a Hästens double bed (180x200), bedroom two has a sofa bed, that can be made into a double bed (140x190) and private balcony with stunning views. Bedroom three has a double bed (180x200) and a single cot (about 70x180) and a play area.
There is a nice big Weber gas grill and free Wi-Fi in the house.
If you rent the house during the summer periods, you will undoubtedly appreciate that in Les Jasmin sleeping rooms, living rooms and kitchen air conditioning has been installed.
There are good opportunities for hiking and mountain biking in the Massif Esterel. This area is known for its many golf courses and tennis courts. If you want city life, St. Raphael’s town center, with the marina with shopping, cafes and numerous restaurants, is only a few kilometers away. You will also find sandy beaches as well as stone beaches.
Because of the high quality furnishing, the house is also suitable for long term rental in spring, autumn and winter.
