Description
Traditional and charming Provencal house situated at the end of a cul de sac on the outskirts of Vence. Walking distance to the old town and a wide selection of restaurants and shops. Within 20 min. drive you will find the beaches of Cagnes-sur-mer, the airport and the Promenade des Anglais in Nice and a lot of small medieval villages and local markets.
The villa is situated on a sloping plot with olive trees and has panoramic views of Nice, Vence and the Mediterranean. From the villa's 1st floor (entrance level) there is access to large terrace throughout the length of the house and access to the newly built pool area with large pool, sun terrace and pool house.
The villa was totally renovated in 2014 - both inside and outside. The house is bright and it is furnished with quality furniture. The villa is in 3 levels and contains: 1st floor (entrance level) with spacious living room in open connection with a large dining kitchen. From the living room and kitchen there is access to a large terrace with amazing views. On this level you will also find 1 guest toilet and 1 bedroom with Hästens double bed (180 x 200 cm), exit to the terrace and pool and a private bathroom with shower and toilet and separate toilet.
The 2nd floor consists of: 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), 1 extra room and one bathroom with shower and toilet.
The ground floor (garden level) consists of: garage, open room with bed (140 x 200 cm) and access to large bedroom with 2 single beds, access to a covered terrace and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
On request and at an additional cost, the pool can be filled and ready for use in the winter months.
