Description
Villa on the top of a hillside (altitude: approx. 300 m ) in the area of Espinets in Saint-Paul-de-Vence which has a perfect climate. Calmly situated you will have the possibility to relax and at the same time being close to the beach (10-15 min), 12 golf courses (within 30 min), Nice airport 10-15 min, Cannes 20 min and Saint-Paul-Village and Vence 5 min. Skiing area at Isola 2000 (80 min. drive from the villa) during winter time.
This beautiful and functional villa (200 m2) is well furnished with sleeping accommodation for 8 or 10/12 persons (using the separate apartment). The interior is a combination of Scandinavian and Provencal style. Pool area with pool, outdoor kitchen/bar and deck chairs, dining table etc. Large garden (3.000 m2), on several levels with palm trees, olive trees, mimosa trees etc. The villa is facing west. From the pool area, the terraces, the living areas as well as from 3 of 5 bedrooms you have panoramic views towards the mountains and the towns of Vence, St. Jeannet and La Gaude.
The villa consists of:
Entrance/ground floor: 1 large bedroom, 2 small bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with tub and 2 toilets. Open living room with fire place, TV, DVD. New kitchen, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, micro wave and dishwasher. Dining room with dining table for 10-12 persons. Large terrace (55 m2) with furniture and dining table for 10-12 persons. Sunblind at the terrace.
Garden level: large bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Living room/party room with access to a private terrace. All the bedrooms have comfortable double beds (180x200 cm or 160x200 cm).
The apartment with private entrance consists of:
Living room with kitchen area and sofa bed. Bedroom and bathroom with toilet.
The apartment is included in the rental price from week 23 to week 38 (max. 12 persons). From week 39 to week 22 the apartment is not included in the price (max 8 persons). Additional rental of the apartment is 214 €/week.
