Description
A luxury, completely single level villa of 230 m2 for max. 8 people in 4 bedrooms. It is a villa with lots of charm and with an eye for detail. Very spacious cozy living room of 80 m2 with large windows and access to a great terrace of 110 m2 that offers the opportunity for cozy moments with family and friends. The Provençal kitchen is equipped with all modern comforts and has direct access to the terrace. The four bedrooms are all inspired by a particular country style (Moroccan, African, English and Provençal). The master bedroom (English) with air conditioning has its own bathroom with bath, bidet and toilet. The other bathroom has a shower. The beds have the following dimensions 2 x 160 x 200 and 2 x 140 x 200. There are 2 fireplaces with barbecues and in front of the house you have the possibility to play a game of Jeu de Boules.
The villa has an enclosed area with an electric gate and videophone. Parking for 2 cars. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation, where you can enjoy a beautiful view. The swimming pool measures 11x5 meters. At about 500 meters you have access to the beach, shops and the port of Les Issambres. The “Thalasso" therapy center is only 200 meters from the villa. Are you looking for a cozy villa within walking distance to the port and the beach in Les Issambres then this villa is definitely recommended.
The house manager lives in an independent apartment in the villa, but has a separate entrance and no view of the garden and the swimming pool.
