The villa is immaculate, modern, clean and stylish. Two of the bedrooms are slightly smaller and don't have balconies but are still more than ok. It has everything you could possibly need and it is done to a high standard. When we stayed we had boiling hot weather with blue skies and sunshine everyday, with the odd bit of cloud. The villa is situated in a small town with a marina, with good amount of restaurants , supermarkets etc... but it isn't touristy there isn't clubs or anything. There is a small supermarket 5 minutes walk which has everything you'd need, and a much larger one in the town which is probably only 15 walk. The train station is 10 minutes down the road and you can get to Canne and Nice within 20 minutes for 3 euros. Monaco takes 50 minutes and is about 7 euros. We got Ubers from the airport and this was only 30 euros for a Mercedes van seating 7 and we also got cars back from Nice at midnight and it was only 28 euros for 4

We had an amazing stay at villa Oceane. It was all that we read about and saw on the photos and more. The villa has a great location, it was very easy to get to places we wanted to see. The public transport was good although we only used it occasionally since we had our car which was very convenient. The beach was at a walking distance as well as a bakery and a huge supermarket. The marina was also near by with many restaurants and nice views to enjoy. The owners were very friendly, gave us a big tour around the property when we arrived. The villa is very modern, in pristine condition, beautifully decorated, spacious and is equipped with all you need away from home. There was plenty of parking space inside the property, modern seating area outside on the terrace and by the pool, and a lovely swimming pool. We struggled a bit with the heat outside, but it was cool and comfortable inside due to the AC everywhere in the house. It is difficult to say more about the villa than what you will find in the description already, apart from the fact that we enjoyed the time there very much! Last but not least, we were very pleased with Christophe's professional attitude and customer service, very accommodating and meeting all our needs and expectations, which was much appreciated! Overall, we all loved our stay at villa Oceane and would definitely go back again!
