Stunning 120 year old villa renovated ten years ago by current owners restoring its natural beauty and keeping many original features such as marble fireplaces and staircase, entrance hall floor tiling, ornate ceilings and oak floors. Situated in the quiet and peaceful residential area of Vallergues in Cannes just 10 minutes walk from the Croisette/Palais this unique villa is perfectly located for family holidays, congresses and functions such as weddings and birthday celebrations. The villa has the luxury of private garden with beautiful outdoor pool, outdoor dining facilities for over 20 people, sun loungers and seating, elevated terraces with sea views, 2 barbecues and the bonus of 4 working open fireplaces for winter breaks. There are 7 bedrooms (5 double, one twin and one single), 4 beautiful bathrooms all equipped with Duravit sanitary ware, 2 kitchens, one of which is equipped to professional catering standards with two dishwashers, Rangemaster oven, microwave, 3 fridges and separate freezer, ice machine and state of the art bean to cup coffee machine. There are two lounges, dining room, tv room with dvd player, reversible air conditioning, wi-fi and security alarm. In the pool room you will find a three door bar fridge for to store cold drinks and snacks. Exterior secure parking facility for up to five cars. Within 200 m of the villa there are local amenities such as an artisan bakery, artisan butcher, mini-supermarket, post office, pharmacy, hairdresser and newsagent.

Getting around

No 2 bus runs every 15 minutes from the bus stop which is situated 200 m from the villa. This short (5 minute) bus ride stops at the central bus terminus at the Hotel de Ville in Cannes from where buses leave for all surrounding towns. The bus terminus in the town centre is just a 12 minute walk away as is the train station from where the trains leave to go as far as Italy and Monaco and where you will find the the quay for the airport shuttle.

Interaction with guest

The owner will meet all guests on arrival to show them around the property and explain the general function of appliances and services. The owner will be staying close by and can be contacted for any emergencies or for general questions either about the villa, the equipment at the villa or the surrounding area. The owner will be present for the guests departure to take back the keys and receive any feedback.
