Wonderful 170 m² Californian style house and located within a closed domain in Villeneuve-Loubet between Nice and Antibes. Panoramic view over both the Vaugrenier Park and Forest (National Reserve) and the Mediterranean with its fantastic beaches and warm waters. The view includes among other the famous Baie des Anges (Angel's Bay) and all the way to Cap d'Antibes towards west. The park and forest is located in an extremely nice area for those who wants to spend some time in the nature and also for those who wants an active vacation with walking and / or jogging in both flat and hilly terrain. This area also includes a playground for kids. During evenings and nights the view over Baie des Anges and towards Cap d’Antibes is illuminated by innumerable lights. The house is located only 2,5 km from the Mediterranean, 1,5 km from a grocery store and 3 km from a large supermarket.
The residence includes a 500-600 m² terraced garden with Mediterranean trees like orange, apricot, prunes, lemon and mandarin and where the fruits are free of charge for the tenants. Further to this, an overflow swimming pool with water depth from 1.0 - 1.6 meters and secured with alarm. Also two small pools with water depth of approximately 10 - 20 cm and very suitable for smaller kids. A large solarium area with comfortable furniture and 3 electric awnings. The residence, terrace and garden are all illuminated by several lights and the swimming pool by underwater lights for evening coziness.
The living area is with flat screen TV, all-in-one radio system, high speed internet access free of charge. Dining area for ten people with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool through large bay windows. New and well equipped kitchen. Master bedroom is with air conditioning, one large 180 cm wide bed as well as an integrated bathroom and separate toilet. Two additional bedrooms also with air conditioning, each one with a shower. One of these bedrooms with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm wide bed. Further, four folding beds that can be used within the bedrooms. One additional and separate toilet. All bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool area. There is view towards the Mediterranean from the dining room, living room and the bed rooms.
One closed garage with parking space for 1-2 cars, 1 other closed parking space on the residence and 2 additional parking lots in the street opposite the residence.
