VILLEFRANCHE S / MER, beautiful villa of seasonal rental of 250 M2 with swimming pool, air-conditioning, a beautiful panoramic view on the sea and the hills and in absolute calm, furnished with taste.
It consists of a large living - dining room, a huge kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker etc etc.
Coté room: 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms en-suite and a 4th bathroom that share 2 bedrooms.
Has a double garage. The villa is 1,5km from shops and the city center.
A magical and large terrace overlooking the pool overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills. There is a lounge area, bbq and a table and chairs for dining or relaxing on the terrace.
Just go down the stairs to take a dip in the pool or sunbathe!
