Overlooking the bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer to Saint Jean Cap-Ferrat, this charming villa is ideal for a dream holiday on the French Riviera.

Ideally located, south orientation (sunshine throughout the day) and enjoying a strategic geographical location, this beautiful villa with pool is not far from the beach and only 10 minutes walk from the Port and its restaurants, shops and small supermarket. The train station is nearby as well as the bus stops.

Magnificent terrace equipped with a dining area and sunbathing, overlooking the sea and communal swimming pool in a condominium of about 20 apartments and villas.

Response from the manager Dear Mr Nussbaumer, Following your last mail, so sorry to read this complaint, you came beginning of October and you waited 2 months to write and send it through Tripadvisor website…? When you called us, I told you the housekeeper was out the area during your stay, I also told you there are 4 sets of keys in the area, 3 belongs to Riviera Holiday Homes and 1 to the Housekeeper… During a stay, we keep at the office the 3rd set ! We had 3 clients since beginning of October and one is actually renting the property. We booked it since 10 years: the guest are really happy with its situation and area, we didn’t have any troubles before… The housekeeper has its video system into his apartment: when he returned holidays, I asked him to check if he was able to see something strange during your stay… Nothing… I really don’t know what happened but you can be sure we didn’t come during the night to steal something. We worked for long time to promote our destination and all our efforts are at the service and satisfaction of our GUESTS. Best regards, L. G

How do damage deposits work?
