“Fake pictures and misleading info about equipment”
The owner advertised air-condition which was not available, concealed the fact he is living in the villa so only part of it is available to guest, organized parties in the garden etc.
Response from the owner Comme je vous l'ai indiqué à votre arrivée, la climatisation était en panne. J'avais alerté un réparateur. Malheureusement sur une semaine c'était difficile de réparer au niveau timing. Fayence est un des neufs magnifiques villages perchés du canton en Provence Côte d'Azur, et à ce titre, très touristique. Il y avait beaucoup de demandes en ce début de saison déjà très chaude et les réparateurs étaient surbookés. Je vous précise encore une fois, qu' en guise de dédommagement, je ne vous ai pas facturé les services de linges, drap et serviettes, ni la taxe de séjour et non plus le 2ème équipement bébé. J'ai ajouté deux ventilateurs supplémentaires afin de rendre néanmoins agréable votre séjour. Vous êtes restés toute la semaine donc je suppose que vous avez apprécié la Villa Provence et son environnement, comme tous les voyageurs qui viennent ici d'ailleurs. Pour les photos, effectivement il en subsistait une seule sur les 63 présentes sur l'annonce qui n'était plus d'actualité. Elle a été supprimée. Bien à vous Lionel
