Located in one of the most prestigious residential estates in St Tropez, and this beautiful villa allows friends and family to experience the ultimate of the Cote d’Azur. Days can be spent enjoying the private heated swimming pool, strolling through the private estate, or driving to nearby Saint-Tropez for designer shopping and exquisite dining.

The villa’s main terrace features a large heated Roman swimming pool surrounded by twelve sun chairs and Balinese sun beds bordered by cypress, palm trees, pine trees, and olive trees. Two gazebos and garden furniture offer guests multiple places to relax and enjoy the view over Chateau Borelli. There are two dining tables: one near the swimming pool for 10 people and another near the entrance for 12 people. A pool house has an Italian shower, two sinks and a WC. A large parking area can hold 8-10 cars. The estate offers 24 hour security, guards at the entrance, and a night patrol with guard dogs.
<p>Ground Floor: There are two living rooms with large windows. One has a fireplace, sofas, sound system, A/C, small office area, and access to the terrace, while the other living area has a large sofa, big screen TV, sound system, bar, and access to the pool terrace. The large professional kitchen (50 m2), is fully equipped with luxurious Molteni stoves, two toasters, a dishwasher, coffeemaker, Nespresso machine, tea kettle, two ovens, and a wine cupboard. The kitchen is open to the inside and outside dining areas and has a fireplace and a large dining table for 12 people. There is also a separate dining room with a view of the swimming pool and the garden and a large table for 10 people. The first two bedrooms have king size beds (180 cm), A/C, and en-suite bathrooms with large walk-in showers. The third bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm), air conditioning, and connects to the fourth bedroom which has a large king size bed (200 cm), A/C, TV, Bose sound system, and access to the swimming pool. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are connected and share a bathroom with a tub and a large walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom has a king size bed (180 cm), TV, Bose sound system, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub. Also on this floor are a gym and a sauna with a massage table, exercise machine, A/C, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a laundry with two washing machines, two dryers, and an iron. <br/>
First Floor: The sixth bedroom is the Master bedroom with a large king size bed (200 cm), TV, A/C, Bose sound system, office area, dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, large walk-in shower, and sea views.</p>
<p>Independent House (Suitable for Staff, Only): The house has a small kitchen with Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, and sink. The bedroom has a king size bed (180 cm, which can be converted into 2 single beds on request), TV, A/C, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The entire month is mandatory for July, and two-week rentals are mandatory for June, August, and September.
Maintenance of the pool, fountains, and garden is done once a week throughout the year and up to twice weekly during the summer months.
Daily housekeeping is included for four hours a day, seven days a week.
Each bathroom offers hair dryers, slippers, and scale.
Bedrooms three and four are connected and share a bathroom.
The independent house is dedicated for staff, such as for a chef, housekeeper(s), and babysitters/nannies, only.</p>
