A 15 km de l'aéroport international de Nice Côte d'Azur, Idéalement située en position dominante à La Colle sur Loup avec vue panoramique sur le célèbre village fortifié de Saint Paul de Vence, cette propriété d'inspiration italienne de la Belle Epoque entièrement rénovée en 2011, bénéficie d'une superbe terrasse offrant un point de vue magnifique sur l'arrière pays niçois, à 15mn des plages. Le parc arboré abrite un vrai terrain de pétanque agrémenté d’une terrasse ombragée. En contrebas, une piscine style 'bassin de nage' 12,5 x 3,5 m et son solarium.
Le rez de chaussée de la maison ouvre sur une grande entrée, une cuisine design équipée d’un piano de cuisson et d’un grand réfrigérateur-congélateur américain distribuant eau filtrée et glaçons.
Un salon majestueux de belle hauteur sous plafond accueille des canapés profonds face à un écran plasma de 160 cm . Cette pièce centrale, également équipée d'un billard américain, ouvre sur la terrasse et le salon d’été, ainsi que le bureau. Attenant au bureau, une salle d’eau avec douche à l’italienne et buanderie .

Un couloir distribue une autre chambre équipée d'un lit 140 et une quatrième chambre de 2 lits 90cm, qui peuvent former deux autres couchages de 180 cm. Un WC indépendant encastré au rez de chaussée, ainsi que deux toilettes dans chaque salle de bain à l’étage.
