Spacieuse villa provençale indépendante de 270 m² située au calme avec aménagement intérieur contemporain, grand volume et grand confort très lumineuse avec ses nombreuses baies vitrées.
Elle est dotée d'un rez de chaussée de plus de 120 m² avec cuisine et ilot centrale ouvert sur un salon et une salle à manger avec grandes baies vitrées. Un autre salon TV très confortable est également à votre disposition avec climatisation.
Au niveau 1 se trouvent les 3 chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain et toilettes privées (excepté une), grand volume, confort, modernité avec vue panoramique sur le Luberon et les vignes.
La suite parentale de 25 m² est au niveau 2, elle possède sa propre douche et toilettes, une terrasse privée avec salon.
Si vous recherchez calme et sérénité, c'est la maison qu'il vous faut : vue dégagée et panoramique sur les Monts du Luberon, aucune habitation autour, c'est le dépaysement total !
La propriété dotée d'un terrain de 7500 m² est totalement cloturée et sécurisée par un portail automatique.
Pour les équipements d'été, cette maison bénéficie de plusieurs espaces repas avec une table d'extérieure et 8 chaises, parasols et transats et plancha pour 8 personnes.
La piscine : sa dimension est de 11 x 5 m avec un débordement. Elle est entretenue une fois par semaine par un technicien.
La région est propice aux balades et aux randonnées pédestres.
Grambois est un magnifique village du Sud Luberon idéalement situé en plein de la Provence où vous pourrez trouver restaurants gastronomiques, marchés paysans, poterie locale, galerie d'arts ...
