Great flowery garden of 2,000 m2 with pool house 12mX6 pool bar equipped with fridge, microwave multifunction hot and cold water, coffee machine. Grand secure indoor parking for 4 cars fully fenced property with electric wrought iron gate running bib. 35m2 studio with bedroom, kitchen bathroom with toilet in the garden 15 m from the main building. In the main body, there is a double living room of 40m2 with TV sony large flat screen, sound system, DVD, breakfast bar and fridge. Internet, WiFi, satellite television Separate dining room A fully equipped kitchen, containing blender, robots, toaster, espresso machine, gas stove with two electric ovens. Central table with extension pantry with pots and pans, kitchen appliances, Miele washing machine, electric dryer and small freezer vacuum ironing board and iron A central dining room. A patio of 45 m2 dining table, chairs and large lounge, two umbrellas fully fenced property. Large electric gate. In the pool there are 10 chairs. A living room, a table for 10 people. Beach umbrellas and small tables garden and pool are maintained by us. Sheets, towels cost 50 € per person for the week, to be paid in cash at the entrance to the large exit cleaning costs 400 € payable in cash at the entrance
