Description

Villa Maniglio is located in the wonderful outback of the Alassio riviera, surrounded by Mediterranean landscape.

The house is inside the real estate development of Golf Club Garlenda, one of the oldest golf clubs in Italy, a real paradise for golfers.

The proximity to the famous seaside tourist site of Alassio (5 km) and to the medieval town of Albenga (8 km), but also the relative short drive (45 minutes) to Montecarlo and the French Côte d'Azur, ensures that your stay will ideally combine golf, sea and other attractions.

Villa Maniglio is approx. 450 square meters large and it is the ideal spot to spend holiday periods for families, groups of friends and anyone who is looking for an escape from everyday life.

The Property is developed in four levels:

In the basement, there are a cozy billiard room and the laundry area;

At the ground floor, directly facing and open on the swimming pool and the large garden, there are a large living room with fireplace (equipped with a 58 inch Samsung TV screen with Sky satellite connection and Bose stereo set), a dining room, a fully equipped professional kitchen, a sauna and two bathrooms;

At the first and second floors there are 5 bedrooms and 4 large bathrooms. The rooms are all furnished with high class fine materials and fabrics, in true Mediterranean style and each room has a distinctive background color (blue, red, yellow, green and cream). Four of the five bedrooms are furnished with king size beds, the fifth has to separate single beds, all have large wardrobes. All rooms on the first floor are facing balconies with breathtaking view on the green of the Ligurian valleys. In total, the sleeping capacity is 10+2 children beds, with a further possibility of adding to more single beds, if necessary. In the garden, near the swimming pool, there are a professional wood oven and a grill, ideal for cooking pizzas and barbecues.

Villa Maniglio is also ideal for families with children of all ages. For the smallest, there we offer an inflatable pool in a protected area of the garden and separated from the larger swimming pool, which is completely fenced. For the really small ones, we even have a changing table

During your stay, you will have included a housemaid for two hours every day, with times to be agreed.
