Take in panoramic views of the sea and soaring cliffs at this enchanting retreat perched above the village of Cassis. Occupying one hectare of land, the well-equipped grounds offer a private pool, mini-tennis court, summer kitchen and cozy spots to lounge and dine. The villa is ideal for three couples or two couples with four children.
(1 hectare) The gated property has an alarm and a remote-access gateway. The terrace alongside the house is equipped with tables, an outdoor sofa and armchairs for alfresco dining and lounging while taking in the magnificent sea views. The swimming pool (20 m x 10 m, 1.2 m to 2.5 m depth) is surrounded by sunbeds, the pool house, shaded dining area with a summer kitchen (barbecue, oven, dishwasher) and table for 10. There is a half tennis court with balls, rackets and a den. Games include a tennis table, pool table and petanque court. Onsite parking is available.

Main Villa<br/>
Ground Floor: The living room features three sofas, HD TV, home cinema, vintage stereo system and a fireplace. Two steps down is the dining area, which is furnished with a large wooden table for 10. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, grill, dishwasher, microwave, slicer, ice cream maker, espresso maker, coffee pot, TV, telephone and table for four. There is an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds (90 cm each, may be converted to a king-size bed upon prior request) and a bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, sink and toilet. There is also a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet. A staircase leads to the first floor.

First Floor: There is an office with WiFi, computer, phone, fax machine and a panoramic view of the sea. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom (36 m2) with a round extra-large king-size bed (220 cm), TV, DVD player, phone and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom, which is designed to be a family suite, has two single beds (90 cm each, may be connected to form a king-size bed upon request) and an adjoining loggia that has bunk beds for two children (90 cm each). There is also an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, sink and toilet.

Basement: There is a library, workshop, guest bathroom with a sink and toilet, and a laundry room with a Miele washing machine.
