Ground Floor: A large living room is furnished with many chairs and sofas and features a working fireplace, an integrated sound system with Ipod docking station and CD player, a mini bar, and a gorgeous sea view. There is a dining room that seats 16 people, and a cloakroom. The office has a desk with printer, computer, and fax machine, a comfortable sofa-bed, and there is a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master suite has a large king size bed (200 cm), air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, safe, telephone, an office with printer and fax machine, a dressing room, and two en-suite bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi-like bathtub, and a second one with a walk-in shower. The master suite offers sea views and direct access to the pool. <br/>

Lower Level 1: On this level is a fully equipped professional kitchen with steamer ovens, blenders, wine cupboards, ice maker, Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, and more. There is a dining table on the terrace, perfect for 'al fresco' dining. From the back of the kitchen, guests can reach the cinema room which has a large selection of English DVDs, a piano and a DJ turntable, as well as the laundry room, with a washing machine and dryer. There are five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (a sixth bedroom is available upon request for an extra charge). The first bedroom has a round double bed, air conditioning, safe, large dressing room, small desk, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and overlooks the pool waterfall and the sea. The next four bedrooms each have two twin beds (90cm each; can be combined into a 180 cm king size bed on request), air conditioning, safe, small desk, and en-suite bathrooms with large showers (bathtub in the fifth),sea views and direct access to the garden. <br/>Lower Level 2: There are two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and access to the garden. Bedroom eight has a round double bed, air conditioning, safe, large dressing room, small desk, en-suite bathroom with a large shower and bathtub. The room overlooks the pool waterfall and sea, and has direct access to the garden. The“Family Room” and has a king size bed (180 cm, can be made into two 90 cm single beds on request), an extra single bed, air conditioning, TV, DVD, small desk, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, sea view, and direct access to the garden.

This villa is not suitable for guests with children under the age of 10. The villa is on a slope with many rocks. Some of the overhanging terraces do not have railings. In addition, the pool is not fenced and guests will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival.

Up to 4 cars can be parking in a single file line. Please note this means that to move a car in the back, all the other cars will have to be moved first.
