This beautiful farmhouse is situated half a mile away from Saint-Remy-de-Provence in an exceptional 2.5-acre property. Its location near the centre of one of the most beautiful villages of Provence makes it an ideal place to discover the traditions and Provençal markets. Its beautiful park will give you the rest, privacy and freedom necessary for a dream vacation.
You are only 6 miles away from the golf course of Domaine de Manville in Les Baux-de-Provence, a real paradise. The City of the Popes, Avignon, and its festival, in July, is 12 miles away. Throughout the Alpilles region reigns an authenticity, a lifestyle and a desire to enjoy the festive atmosphere throughout the year.
For a change of scene, you can take a drive to Arles, which is 30 minutes away. And Camargue, with its long sandy beaches and its exceptional fauna and flora, is just a one-hour drive away.
The owner can offer the following services: catering, housekeeping, home cook, babysitter, massage or beauty treatments poolside, delivery of breakfast in the morning, quad biking, helicopter air baptism, visit by catamaran of the creeks of Marseille.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept park. Everything is designed to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. If you like cooking, you can pick herbs from the garden. A sandbox has been built for children and you can use the gravelled driveaway as a petanque area to liven up your summer nights . Guests can laze in the vast park planted with a beautiful lawn.
The large pool is fenced for child safety and a cloakroom with shower and toilet is nearby. Its patio has a large table to enjoy meals with views on the pool and the Alpilles.
The farmhouse entrance is to the left of the property via stairs that lead to the pool and to the left, the pool cloakroom, and to the right, the hall. From there you get to the pantry-laundry and to a well-equipped kitchen. The dining-room and spacious lounge are next to each other and overlook the quiet park. At the same level, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double beds, the shower-room and a separate toilet. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with bath and integrated shower.
For those who like being independent, a home-conditioned bungalow, 100 feet away from the main house, can accommodate 4 people in a room with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a shower-room and a separate toilet.
