Description
Villa Palmier is situated just a short walk from the medieval village of Seillans. The property enjoys calm and tranquil surroundings with views towards the village and the Esterel Mountains. The property is beautifully decorated with modern amenities and there is also ample space for outside dining and relaxing.
The property has been completely renovated and retains a character of the area yet boasts all the comforts you would expect at home. The open plan kitchen and living room provides ample space and it is a beautiful light room that remains cool in the hot summer months. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and there are ample bathrooms.
The swimming pool is approx 9m x 4 m it is situated in front of the house and has a sunbathing terrace. There is also a pergola with vines providing the shade for outside dining.

“Wow”
Had the best holiday, villa palmier is stunning, it has everything you could want, the garden and swimming pool is so relaxing,the location is perfect for walking into the village for dinner it is so picturesque and the restaurants are very good, there is also a bakers and supermarket for getting your supplies. Monaco, Cannes and St tropez are all in driving distance if you want to shop or see the boats or just watch the world go by and people watch. We had the best time and booked for next year can't wait to go back. 10/10

“A bit of heaven in Seillans!”
Booking the villa was very easy and the communications from Stan and Wendy were clear and very speedy. We had driven down to the South of France and the directions to find the villa were very comprehensive, especially as the satnav wanted to send us the wrong way! The villa is Stan and Wendy's home and is beautifully presented. Whilst I didn't cook any meals whilst staying, I could see the kitchen was very well equipped. The bed linen was lovely and the towels very soft. The pool area and pool were great and south facing so sunny all day long. The garden too, was very pretty. Also, it was incredibly peaceful with fabulous views for miles from the lounge windows. The villa is a very short walk from the centre of Seillans where there are three restaurants. The food in all three was excellent. We just lazed by the pool every day and ate out each evening in Seillans. We didn't watch the TV (which is unusual for my husband), but did utilise the wifi. My husband and I have rented villas in France for the last ten years and can honestly say this was certainly the best one we have stayed in. Wendy and Stan were great and just zipped in to water the plants and clean the pool. All in all the villa and location were, for us, our absolute ideal holiday.

“The whole family had a great holiday in this lovely villa”
We are a family of six including 2 teenagers and two younger children and this villa had something for everyone. Wifi, UK TV, a lovely garden with an area for a kick about and a beautiful pool for the kids; tasteful and clean accommodation with plenty kitchen amenities for Mum and a stroll away to patisserie, good restaurants and quaint medieval village for Dad. Owners were one of the nicest we have ever dealt with. Only negative is I'm not sure I can keep getting the kids to share beds on holiday in order for us to return. Highly recommended.

“Beautiful place for a holiday!”
This is a gorgeous villa and perfect for what we wanted. I travelled with my parents, brother and boyfriend for a week's holiday. The villa is large, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool and garden areas are fab and the pool is large enough for swimming. The bedrooms are good sizes (all doubles) and I loved the master bedroom hidden behind the bookcase! The village is beautiful. There's a small boulangerie open 8-12 selling bread, pastries, cakes etc plus a small selection of cheese etc. There's a bar and two very good restaurants, worth booking as they get busy. There's also a lovely pizza takeaway that is good if you're arriving late and a couple of cafes and small boutiques. We had plenty of variety in eating - visits to the two restaurants, a pizza, a bbq, a couple of meals cooked at the villa, and we took a trip to Fayence which I highly recommend for some more variety of shops and restaurants. Be aware that erractic French opening hours are very much in effect here and the huit-a-huit supermarket is in fact open 8.30 - 7.30 and closes for 3 hours (!) over lunchtime - 12.30-3.30. So keep this in mind if you want to buy groceries for lunch. However there is a very new, modern and well priced supermarket near Fayence called SuperU which is good to stock up. A car is needed to travel from the airport and also to get around. I highly recommend a visit to the lake (Lac du St Cassien) and rent a pedalo, it was great fun and the lake is lovely. There's also a lovely craft workshop in the village that sells pottery which is great for gifts. Couple of bits of feedback - some games provided would be nice for nights in and a welcome pack of food/drinks would be very well received especially when arriving late in the evening. Overall I highly recommend the villa and think it's ideal for family holidays.
