Description

Villa Nyasa is an oasis of calm providing uninterrupted southerly views across the mountain valley. The old part of the house which dates from the 18 century has been extended and beautifully adapted and modernised over the years, whilst retaining a distinct Provençal country charm.

Flanked by 3.5 acres of pine forest and olive groves, it has beautifully constructed terraced gardens with lavender, olive and fig trees, and where wild herbs flourish. There are three outside dining areas, and a BBQ area with a fridge and sink.

The terraces on all sides and at various levels, together with the courtyard shaded by a pineapple pine, provide ample space for groups without people treading over one another. Badminton, an outdoor table tennis table and various games will keep children entertained. Whilst the Pièce de résistance is the mosaic tiled 12 meter infinity pool with diving board with views to die for.

The house offers 5 ensuite bedrooms (4 doubles and one twin) and can accommodate 10 adult guests with ease. Two of the guest suites have their own entrances and one is situated a short distance away from the main house. Bedrooms either have ensuite showers or baths and all are equipped with reversible air conditioning and the main house has central heating. The double aspect sitting room, with open fire place has doors opening on to a balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an American style fridge/freezer, range style cooker, dishwasher and porcelain crockery. The outside laundry has a washing machine, tumble drying and iron. The dining room with open fire place can accommodate 12 for dinner.

The house is equipped with Sky, Fressat, a DVD player and a stereo with Bluetooth and iPhone port. There is broadband and wireless throughout most of the house.

Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels and pool towels, complimentary White Company toiletries are provided for all guests. All cleaning costs are included. Joanna our house manager offers a meet and greet service and is available throughout your stay by mobile. Joanna will come each Saturday during your stay to change bed linen and towels and to thoroughly clean the house, pool and terraces.

The house is available for weekly rental, or longer throughout the year for a minimum of one week. Rental periods run from Saturday to Saturday
