Description
Our holiday in mind Design House is located at the edge of a quiet hamlet, near the village of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt. This former home of Shepherd and his dry stone shed have been renovated with love in a contemporary and authentic family home.
The main living space of the House is located on the second floor. You enter a large space of 65 m² including the living room and fireplace, a dining room opening onto the private terrace and an open kitchen. The kitchen features a center island, a piano 6 burner gas, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave oven.
On the same floor are a TV lounge, toilets so q' a large master bedroom (bed 160 cm) with former lion-foot bath, and a private bathroom.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (of which one with a bed of 140cm and two double beds children 90cm) who share a bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, you will find a family suite composed of 2 bedrooms (one bed 140cm, two 90cm beds) and 2 bathrooms separated. The suite has its own lounge (and stack) which opens directly onto the garden.
Wifi is available throughout the House. In addition, you will find a Bluetooth 'jambox' speaker in each adult room to play your favorite music.
The garden (1300 m²) opens on the nearby hills planted with vineyards and truffle Oaks. A lawn and a centenary olivier greet near the swimming pool, where you can sunbathe or play ball. When the lunch hour approaches, enjoy the garden vegetable squares, and pick has solid hands aromatic herbs of Provence.
The pool is heated (from mid-May to late September) and measure 9 x 3 m, with a paddling pool for children in the end side House.
A fully equipped summer kitchen with gas barbecue will allow you to enjoy the long summer evenings with friends and family in the shade of the pergola.
Parking is available inside the property for 3-4 cars and secured by an automatic gate.
