Ground Floor: The farmhouse opens on an entrance with a cloakroom. There is a living room with a large sofa, love-seat, armchair and a fireplace. The dining room with fireplace has a dining table for 12 adults (guests may request an additional table for children). The fully equipped kitchen has 5 gas burners, 2 large refrigerators, a freezer, a large oven, Thermomix, 2 dishwashers and blenders. Under the kitchen there is a wine cellar. There is one air-conditioned double bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, separate toilet and hairdryer. At the back of the farmhouse there is a TV lounge with a sectional couch, plasma-screen satellite TV with English channels, DVD player, 2 large ceiling fans in addition to the integrated air-conditioning. There is also an attached playroom for children with a table for six, chalkboard and other supplies.

First Floor: To the right, there is a toilet room and a separate bathroom with a large bathtub, shower with polished concrete walls, heated towel rack and hairdryer. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a small double bed (140 cm; comfortable for one; cozy for two), fan, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and hairdryer, and direct access to the courtyard. The two other bedrooms are connected and best suited to children: one has 2 bunk beds (90 cm) for 4 kids, and the other has 3 single beds (90 cm) and is perfect for a nanny with small children. These two rooms share a nearby bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. To the left there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), gas fireplace and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, double sinks, shower, wardrobe and hairdryer.</p>

Air Conditioning is found throughout main house and guest cottages (with individual controls in each room).

One of the highlights of this property is the presence of its caretakers, Dominique and Josepha. Dominique is in charge of the garden and all technical questions and Josepha is in charge of housekeeping and cooking (upon request).
