Two acres of landscaped gardens filled with flowers, pine and olive trees surround this beautiful Provencal villa. With an elegant interior, a swimming pool and superb views of the Alpilles, this property is a welcoming retreat for family or a group of friends who wish to experience the best of Provence.

Filled with flowers and trees, the well-landscaped grounds are enclosed by an electric gate with an intercom. There is a swimming pool (13 m x 6.5 m, depth 0.5 m – 2 m) with a submerged beach, chlorine filtration and security system. The pool is surrounded by 12 lounge chairs. The large terrace has 2 shaded couches and a coffee table, a table for 6, a table for 10, 2 lounge chairs and a hammock. There is a pool house equipped with a kitchenette, toilet and shower. There is also a gas barbecue, children’s playground, pentanque court and ping pong table.

Ground Floor: The entrance has an office area with a desk and chair and a winding staircase to the second floor. There is a living room with a sectional sofa, three armchairs a fireplace and home cinema with a stereo, Satellite TV and DVD. There is a lounge with a French Toulet Billiard table and a piano, as well as an adjacent dining room with a table for 12. The large kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and table for 6, plus a staircase to the second floor. There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and en ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite shower room with a sink. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed (160 cm). There are two toilet rooms and a laundry room with a washing machine, clothes dryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board.</p>
<p>First Floor: There is a master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm), doors to a terrace furnished with a couch, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet.
