Bask in the tranquility of the French countryside at this private 18th-century villa located in the Luberon. With charming outdoor space, a heated pool, tennis court and service staff, the property is perfect for special occasions such as a small wedding, anniversary or other celebration with a group of friends and family.
(2.5 hectares/7 acres)<br/>
The villa is located in a classic Provencal setting with abundant lawns, vineyards and an amazing view of the Grand Luberon mountain. Blue lavender fields spread in front of the villa’s newly renovated Italian neo-classical façade. There are many terraces, a courtyard, outdoor dining tables for 26, table tennis, tennis courts and a heated swimming pool (13 m x 5.5 m, with electric cover) flanked by 6 deckchairs, 4 sunbeds and 6 folding deck chairs. Along with the main villa, there is a guesthouse. The garage and caretakers’ residence are at the back of the property.
<p>Ground Floor: There are three salons with many sofas, TV, DVD, stereo, iPod docking station and working fireplaces (firewood available at no extra cost), including the air-conditioned grand salon that has a home cinema, CD player, billiard and table football, and an adjacent, air-conditioned library. There is a separate office with WiFi, telephone, fax machine and library. The open dining room features a large table with 16-20 seats and a fireplace, plus extra tables if needed. The fully equipped kitchen has two US refrigerators, a standard refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, ovens, a range cooker, two dishwashers, microwave, blenders, toaster, Nespresso machine, mixer and juicer. There are four double bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180 cm), TV and ensuite bathroom. The first and second ensuite bathrooms have a bathtub, shower and separate toilet room, and the third and fourth have showers and toilets. There is also a guest toilet room and laundry area with two washing machines, two dryers and an ironing station. A passive wine cellar is also onsite.<br/>
First Floor: There are four more bedrooms on this floor. The first has four single beds (90 cm each), appropriate for young people. The second has three large single beds (120 cm each) appropriate for young people. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that has a shower, bathtub and toilet. The third bedroom has two large single beds (120 cm each), while the fourth has two single beds (90 cm each). These two rooms share a bathroom that has a shower, bathtub and toilet.</p>

Ground Floor: There are five bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed (180 cm), TV and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm), TV and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The third bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm), TV and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Please note that this bedroom is separate (with independent access) and is located in the dovecote. There are two additional double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.</p>
