Description
The beauty and charm of the French Rivera is on display at this villa near Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Stroll the private gardens, take a dip in the heated swimming pool, and savor an alfresco dinner cooked in the outdoor kitchen. If you’re eager for adventure outside of the grounds, the region’s eclectic villages and cosmopolitan cities such as Nice, Cannes and Monaco are within easy reach.
The beautiful, mature garden of 3500 m2 offers numerous secluded areas to relax in the shadow of the olive trees or amidst roses, lavender and laurel. At night the garden lights illuminate paths around the swimming pool, palm trees and olive trees. The heated pool (10 m x 5 m; depth 1 m to 2.3 m) is surrounded with palm trees and local plants and has a pool-house with an outside kitchen and barbecue. There are two dining areas, 4 deck chairs 6 garden chairs and an outdoor bathroom with a shower and separate toilet (in pool house). There is also parking and a garage.

Lower Ground Floor: There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a daybed (ideal for a child), fan and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, washbasin and separate toilet. There is also direct access to the garden.

Ground Floor: There is a large living room with two couches and two armchairs, and an adjacent dining room with a table for 8. There is also a lounge with a sectional couch, TV, DVD player and a fireplace. The kitchen has an oven, grill, dishwasher, microwave, 5-ring stove, American fridge and Nespresso machine (guests can order their favorite capsule 1 month before arrival for an extra cost). There are is a washing machine and dryer as well as numerous terraces, including a 60m2 main terrace at the heart of the villa. On the west aisle there are 4 bedrooms. Three rooms each have a queen-size bed (160 cm; in two of the rooms, bed can be disconnected to make 2 singles) and a fan. There is another bedroom with a standard double bed (140 cm) that is comfortable for one and cozy for two, plus a fan. All bedrooms on this floor share 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and hand-held shower, the other with a shower, and 2 separate toilets. There is a large room with a wet bar area with billiard table, a home cinema, a gym room, sauna for 2 people, a bathroom with double shower, sink and WC.

First Floor: This floor houses the master suite, which has a queen-size bed (160 cm), fan, safe and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double washbasins and toilet.
