Description
Soak in the beauty of Provence as you stroll through gardens filled with olive groves, roses, lavender and huge plane trees. This beautifully renovated 18th-century farmhouse is situated on a large, landscaped estate near the center of Saint Remy de Provence. The property also contains two other villas that can be rented separately, or two can be rented together.

The grounds contain 2.5 hectares of gardens. There is a large sink-style swimming pool (15.50 m x 4.50 m) with pool alarm, relaxing air/water jets and counter flow swimming system in one corner. There is also a barbecue, petanque court, natural stone decking and a 10 m2 beach where children can wade. The pool can be heated on request. There is a shower and toilet as well as an air-conditioned winter kitchen with an oven, fridge and dishwasher.

Ground Floor: An entry hall with a guest bathroom leads to a living room that houses a fireplace, couch, four armchairs, large library of books, CDs and DVDs, and a mobile docking station for smartphones (“Sound Like” from BOSE). The fully equipped main kitchen has a Falcon range cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine and food processor. The kitchen’s back room has an American-style refrigerator and wine fridge. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms that open onto the garden, each with a king-size bed (180 cm), ensuite bathroom with a tub, shower, toilet and double sinks.</p>
<p>First Floor: There are four air-conditioned bedrooms. The first has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. A small adjoining room can serve either as a nursery/baby room or as a dressing area. The second room has a king-size bed (180 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, shower, double sinks and toilet. This room also has a small adjoining room which can serve as a nursery/baby room or as a dressing area. The third room has a king-size bed (180 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, shower, double sinks and toilet. The fourth room is connected to the third room and can be reached by an outside staircase. This room has two single beds (90 cm each) that can be joined to form a king-size bed, plus a single bed (90 cm) on a mezzanine level. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.</p>
<p>Annex: Located near the swimming pool, this large, air-conditioned summer living room has a kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and microwave, a large Provençal fireplace and sofas. There is also a gym room equipped with an infrared sauna, chromo therapy, CD player, exercise machines, and a shower and toilet.
