Retreat to this beautiful home-away-from-home in the tiny village of Le Paradou, a peaceful location that is close to tourist sites and restaurants. The villa is great for an extended family or a group of couples who want an authentic Provencal village experience.

The fenced grounds have abundant gardens, a heated swimming pool with cover (11 m x 4 m; depth 2 m; open May through October), gas barbecue, multiple seating areas, 6 deck chairs and a small dining table with chairs for 5 (extra chairs can be used from other areas in the garden). There is also a petanque court, and guests have the use of 10 bicycles.

Ground Floor: There is a living room with two sofas, two armchairs and two ottomans set around a fireplace, plus a small table with three armchairs, satellite TV, DVD and CD players with many DVDs, stereo system, iPod docking station and windowed doors to the terrace. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, cooker, microwave, wine cellar, food processor, mixer, toaster, and juicer. The dining room has a large table for 12. There is an office with a library, WiFi and ADSL Internet and a phone. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), fireplace, terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and iron. There is also a guest toilet and a dedicated staff house with living room, a small kitchen, ironing room, laundry (with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers).</p>
<p>First Floor: This floor has five bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, basin and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have one king-size bed (180 cm) and an ensuite bathroom, one with a bathtub, shower, basin, toilet and dressing room, and the other with a shower, two basins and a toilet. The fifth upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Annex: An extra bedroom with a standard double bed (140 cm) and bathroom with shower, basin and water closet is available for a nanny or for teens. There is a playroom and home cinema.</p>
<p>Cottage in the garden: The cottage has one king-size bed (180 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and water closet.
