Views over a fortified village, a terrace the length of the house, a private pool, and a glass of wine…what could be better? A contemporary villa, built with straight lines and open spaces, is well-equipped and bright, thanks to the floor to ceiling glass doors found throughout the house. Avignon is less than fifteen minutes away, and has a train station nearby to whisk you throughout the region.

This independent villa, designed and decorated in a modern style, is constructed using straight lines and clean, open interiors. A terrace the length of the building overlooks the neighboring hamlet and has stairs down to the private swimming pool (13 m x 4 m). The private, fenced garden is furnished with tables and chairs as well as two barbecues (coal and gas). This villa shares an access road with another villa called Villa Leon, which can be rented to accommodate larger parties. The villas are 70 meters apart and privacy is maintained at all times. On the property are two garages plus an additional three parking spots.

Ground Floor: There are four bedrooms, all with queen beds (160 cm) and all with access to the outdoors through glass doors. There are two shower rooms (no toilets), and one separate toilet room.</p>
<p>First Floor: This villa has a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, American coffee maker, and toaster oven. The living room is equipped with Satellite TV and both a DVD and CD player. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with both a tub and shower. There are two toilet rooms.
