This Provencal villa is well suited for a family stay near Avignon. An independent villa with enough space to accommodate your family, and a few friends, this property has a private garden and pool and a lovely countryside view. Great for walking, the nearby villages of Rochefort du Gard and Saze will provide a peak into authentic French life. Avignon, the lively, walled city, is located just under 15 minutes away for exciting day trips or to reach the nearest TGV station.

This independent villa was renovated in 2013. It has a fenced garden furnished with a table and chairs and two barbecues (coal and gas). There is a private swimming pool (10m x 4m, .95 – 1.8 m deep) as well as a ping pong table. On the property is one garage and spots for up to eight cars.

Ground Floor: On this floor is the kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and American coffee maker. There is a living room with Satellite TV and a guest bathroom with just a toilet. There are three bedrooms on this floor. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds (160 cm) and one bedroom has a single, twin bed (90 cm). There is one bathroom with a shower.</p>
