With charming 1935 architecture, this open Mediterranean villa has a panoramic view of the entire Cannes bay and surrounding countryside. Rub shoulders with the rich and famous during the annual film festival, or simply enjoy the city’s beautiful streets and beaches. Located 1 km from Cannes, this villa is great for enjoying the scenery and climate of southern France.

The grounds have abundant gardens complete with fish ponds, a spring, tall trees, flowers and sweeping views of the Mediterranean. There is a private swimming pool (100 m2 surface, 2.2m depth) with sun beds and chairs, a ping-pong table, 2 barbecues, a party area with a bar and seating for 12+, as well as a table and chairs for 6, and another outdoor seating area. There is a guest house behind the garden, which is sometimes occupied by a groundskeeper. There is a large parking area in the driveway for 4-5 cars.

<p>Ground Floor: There is a living room with two couches, a large flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, American coffee maker, Espresso machine, juicer, blender and toaster. The dining room has a table and chairs for 10. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, plus air conditioning. There is also a separate toilet room.</p>
<p>First Floor: There are four bedrooms on this floor, all of which are air conditioned. The first is a master bedroom with a king-size bed (200 cm) and an en suite bathroom with a large bathtub for two and shower. There is another large bedroom with a king-size bed (200 cm) and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The third bedroom, which opens onto a panoramic terrace, has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Down the hallway there is a separate toilet room.
