Classic, charming, and with just a touch of rustic elegance, this villa is located just a few minutes from the village of Cabrieres d’Avignon. With views over the surrounding Provencal countryside, the private, heated swimming pool and the equipped pool house will be a favorite relaxation spot. It is ideally located, with many of the region’s most wonderful towns within day trip distance. Explore nearby Gordes or Avignon, where there is a train station, as well as a TGV station outside of the city.

Planted with green oaks and enclosed by stone walls, this property is made up of a main house and an independent studio. It features a heated, private swimming pool with power stream (12 m x 6 m), and a tennis court. A pool house features a barbecue, bar, terrace, toilet, and shower. There is also a covered carport.

<p>Main House:<br/>
Ground Floor: A large entrance hall leads to the living room (53 m2) which is equipped with a TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo and a fireplace. There is also a dining area, mezzanine and study with fax and telephone. The fully equipped professional kitchen has an oven, Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, US fridge and freezer. The laundry room has a washing machine and freezer. Four of the bedrooms and bathrooms are in the main house. All of the bedrooms feature charming antique wood pieces. To the right of the entry hall are two bedroom suites, each with full en-suite bathrooms. One has twin beds (90 cm; can be connected to form a king bed upon prior request) and a small terrace looking towards the pool. The other has a queen bed (160 cm). Beyond the kitchen is a single bedroom with a twin bed (90 cm) and small bathroom with shower next door in the hall. Please note that this is a small bedroom, and is recommended for a child.

First Floor: Stairs from the entry hall lead to the comfortable master bedroom with queen bed (160 cm) and private terrace with views of the countryside. Across the hall is the master bathroom with large travertine-tiled shower, antique-style ceramic sink and toilet. Also upstairs is an office-library with wood desk and easy chair. A large glass window in the library overlooks the living and dining room below.</p>
<p>Independent Studio/Guest House: The independent studio/guest house is accessed from a door by the kitchen leading to the back courtyard. The studio is decorated in the style of the main house with several windows overlooking the courtyard, and it features beamed ceilings, white walls and antique accents. The bedroom has a queen bed (160 cm) and there is a mezzanine sleeping area above with two narrow twin beds (80 cm), best for children. Completing the studio is a full bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with small cook top and refrigerator.

The single bedroom on the ground floor is a small bedroom recommended for a child.
Household and bed linen provided, as well as bath towels.
Housekeeping is provided for 4 hours per week. Additional Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee.
